You can fix this error by installing the latest version of Ultrasn0w tool. You can check the tutorial posted below on how to download and install Ultrasn0w 1.2.4
How to install Ultrasn0w 1.2.4 on you iPhone 4:
Step 1: Launch Cydia app on the SpringBoard of your jailbroken iPhone.
Step 2: Once loaded, tap on the Manage tab at the bottom of Cydia followed by a tap on Sources section to view your current Cydia repos.
If you see Ultrasn0w’s repo666.ultrasn0w.com repo already added in your current sources list, jump to step 4 otherwise continue to the next step.
Step 3: Now you have to add Ultrasn0w repo. Just tap on the Edit button followed by a tap on Add button.
Then enter http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com as Cydia/APT URL and hit Add Source button.
Step 4: Then tap the Search tab and enter Ultrasn0w in the search field and search for it.
Step 5: From the search results, select Ultrasn0w (1.2.4) and install it by tapping on the Install button.
Step 6: Cydia will now install Ultrasn0w 1.2.4 on your jailbroken iPhone. Once completely installed, just simply reboot your device to fully activate the application as well as fix your issue.
